International Shipping

Vistaverse currently ships internationally to select countries. Shipping fees and options will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24 hours.


Shipping Issues or Damages

Vistaverse is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging and product materials as proof for your claim.
